This was the first time I used this company. The reason I used it was the mention of the 3-5 day shipping which I took to mean I would receive it in that time frame. However, you will need to wait for the item to be prepared in their warehouse which can take multiple days. Thus, my improvement suggestion for this company to provide an expected arrival date when ordering.

Can’t seem to get the black to work?

The ink works fine. My printer doesn't like me using after market products though

My HP printer is rejecting these inks. I can barely get the black ink to work.
