          quality almost comparable to OEM. Had issues with one of the cartridges but customer support immediately sent out a replacement for me.

            Three out of four cartridges worked perfectly with no issue. The final cartridge was not recognized by my printer no matter how many times I reinserted it or powered on and off. However when I contacted Tech Support, I got an immediate and helpful response. Although it was not possible to fix the error, I was told that I would be issued a refund for the defective cartridge. So all in all, still quite cost effective and happy with the customer service. I would take a chance on these again.
