      Maybe because my HP printer is of an older generation, these cartridges did not allow the printer to print and function normally. Put it the more costly HP cartridges and the printer works.....go figure. Be aware that this may happen especially with the HP older printer models.

        I have a problem with the red .The caritage says depleted on my printer I have not used the ink yet i know the ink is good

            J'ai eu des problèmes avec la cartouche noir, l'imprimante ne détectais pas, mais service clientèle super et il m'en on renvoyer une autre en remplacement
