I ordered 5 of the duo set but they only sent the base coat. I didn't get the top coat. Customer service said warehouse is out of top coat, so they refunded my money and told me to keep the base coat, 'as a one time courtesy'...to do what? to keep half of what I need? How do I do my nails without the top coat? I would rather receive 100% of what I paid for than half of their clearance pile for free.
