Invoice rec'd dated, 05/10/2024 #41073667 Brother original colour ink combo C/M/Y Mode LC 101 3 pk - Total order $63.82 MY PRINTER IS: MFC J497DW - on opening the above Cyan ink, & apparently in my rush to order & dismay i discovered it did not fit & realized i ordered the wrong ink # for my printer. This has never happened to me before. i do realize your return policy for Brother Ink but this is costly for me to place another order. The 2 other colours are intact, not opened in original box. Would there be any compensation for me as i now am needing ink in my computer. My recourse is to buy the one at Staples, but have been very pleased with my orders from Shopper + in the past. The only reason I buy this product is because is the only one that fits my printer. It is way too expensive and I do not get nearly the amount of copies as advertised .I am looking for a more reasonable priced product.

They do not last as advertised even if I do not print any pictures. I only buy them because I do not have any choice.

According to the package,these cartridges are enough to give you 300 pages,I am lucky if I can get over 50. There is definitely something wrong some place.Maybe a bit of false advertising ? I have a brand new Brother printer and these are the only cartridges I can use or I would have switched already. Very,very disappointing !

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. The page yield is at 5% page coverage. cartridge use is by how much toner is placed on each page printed and how many you print. Depending on your printer make, model and cartridge size along with toner coverage per page, determines how many pages you'll get out of it. If you are printing photos your page coverage is close to 100% and the number of printed photos will be much less than the amount the number of pages you would be able to print if you were just printing standard text documents.
