Good price but the tissues are not soft and a little harsh to the touch.

It is not as good quality as some other brands, but the price is good.

Its 3-ply but very thin tissue similar to 2 ply in terms of strength and absorbent ability. Not very soft. Its quilted on one side providing a rough/coarse/scratchy feel.

not as soft as other brands but good enough for travel/on the go

It's quilted, which is fine if it was soft, but it isn't, so it's like rubbing your nose against a paper towel. Great price though.
