The product is too stiff. the ear cushions are way to thin and there's a hard flat surface almost flush with the ear covers that crushes your ears. The sound is muffled with way to much bass. The signal cuts in and out at ten feet or less. There made for someone with a 3 inch wide head. More useless landfill.

I needed a wired headset to talk on non-BT device; the mic only works over BT and not wired. This cannot work as a wired headset, only wired listening device. I bought this thinking it'll work for my use case with BT as bonus. This was a waste of money for me at this time.

The headphones are too bass heavy. If you’re looking for clear audio, I would avoid this headset. They are similar to the dollar store or gas station ear buds in terms of sound quality. The build quality is also poor. I could tell the hinges will break apart very easily.
