We received our desk chair about 3 days after we ordered it. The chair is great for the price we paid, it deserves 5 stars for what you get for that price. Very good!

(TLDR at the end) First off the packaging was beautifully done, all parts were generously wrapped in either soft foam or bubble wrap. Sadly the instruction manual did not receive the same amount of love. Although the overall assembly is rather straight forward, the assembly manual fails to properly differentiate the screws (each screw on the manual comes with a picture and a measurement in "mm", except the picture that represents the 25mm is longer than the 30mm and 35mm screws). Each type of screw is labelled as a letter in the manual (Example: Screw "A" is used to secure the armrests onto the cushion and Screw "B" secures the backrest). The problem is that none of the screws were physically labelled. My package also came with an inconsistent amount of screws at least according to what should have been included in the manual. But once the assembly inconvenience is dealt with and the chair is built, there continues to be noticeable problems. First is the cushion of the chair; it lacks cushion so much that over time it basically feels like you're sitting on just a plank of wood (I am typically in my chair for at least 3 hours and I weigh between 150-160 lbs). I ended up having to purchase a separate cushion for this chair. The backrest is screwed to the cushion, so in order to lean back on the chair, the cushion must also tilt back (so not much of a resting position on the chair if you happened to be hoping for any). The tilt can only be locked in the upright sitting position or the free to tilt/rocking position. Depending on your height (I am 5'7" or 170cm), the headrest might feel a bit awkward. In my situation the headrest is just a bit too high for me, even on the lowest setting (although the separate cushion mentioned earlier can fix that). The headrest is removable but you'll be left with the plastic piece that is supposed to hold the headrest (the plastic seems removable, but to me it also seems like a hassle). If you are significantly shorter than 5'7" you might want to consider other options if your intention for purchasing the chair was to utilize the headrest. TLDR: Good packaging, bad assembly manual, lack of cushioning (I highly recommend a separate cushion), headrest probably best for those taller than 5'7" (it's still usable at that height, just doesn't seem as comfortable)

Value for Money

J'aurais dû acheter la chaise avec un contrôle pour le dos. Elle est trop molle et bascule facilement vers l'arrière, donc je compense par le cou et me cause des douleurs après plusieurs heures.

OK pour le rapport qualité/prix. Le confort de l'assise est 'limite' si l'utilisation visée est un bureau à la maison 5-7 jours semaine!

Affordable and super comfortable.
