The latch that holds the gates together splits to easily. Very Brittle Plastic. did not last past 18 months :( had to throw it in the recycle.. Sad how the warranty is just 90 days.

Product never received. Received a delivery notice and I’ve spent the last 2 days trying to find out where to pick it up. 1st day spent 1.75 hours on hold and was told I would receive a text on where to pick it up (Nothing received). 2nd day spent 1.75 hours on hold and would receive a call back. Live chat got no response back on both days. Frustrated and angry beyond belief.

Very flimsy. Has been together since purchasing. When it arrived 2 panels were dented which were replaced. Just now had to make it smaller due to couch delivery coming only for 1 of the panels to split where it connects. Contacted primecables who tell me it has been over 90 days (only just) so basically tough. Basically if you buy this make sure you take it apart right away to make sure the same doesn't happen with yours. Overall, it looks good buy cheap and flimsy materials

the shipping was fast got it in 5 days however the quality is too bad, bottom grip pieces that hold the panels together rip when assembling. Had a similar one in China before only for 20 dollars, the height is not safe for the baby over 1 year old. It does not worth money to buy,if you want to keep your kids safe go find something else.
