the playpen is great. Would have gotten 5 stars but delivery was impossible. Canpar was used. I live in a building. I got the notification it was out for delivery so waited and watched lobby CCTV. Well doesn't the canpar guy come in with the missed delivery tag and throw it in the lobby and doesn't even bring in the package or ring up. I raced down but couldn't catch him. I called canpar they said they would call me with an update and never did. had to send my senior citizen mother to get the package as I don't have a car. it was huge. the man at the store refused to help her out it in the car.. Gate works perfect for my baby but unfortunately if I knew what the delivery experience would be I would have paid a little more for something to be shipped UPS or Purolator. very dissatisfied with this experience and my mom has a sore back.

Super simple to put together, seems high quality, baby loves it, seems sturdy and shouldn’t be easy to push around. Taller babies might climb out from it tho, not that much rounded tops. Would be five stars if not for this one defect on one of the cogs
