Light is bright, but soft. It took a while to understand that the "clap/tap" mode only reacts when you are in the dark. It was probably written in the instructon booklet, but it was only written in what I am assuming is mandarin, no english versi.n. That's the only reason I'm taking a star back.

Honestly a beautiful light, I love that it shines yellow and not white. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the size is very small for the price. Otherwise, the rechargeable battery and magnetic adhesive on the back make it a perfect addition to any room.

Same as previous poster - these seem cool - but instructions are not in English. Primary interest was in using the tap or voice option and we seem to have no instructions on how to do that. Can anyone help? How do you activate tap mode?
