When I unpack it there was a rip in the material I took a picture of it but i can't get a hold of shoppers to address My concern.its a flimsy product after the cat will play with it for a month or 2 i think it will have to be thrown away.

Like it but there was several problems with it crooked legs,holes not made in the proper place so it doesn’t all line up,and not made to properly fit screws so it’s not very secure,one piece can’t even be attached because the hole is only deep enough for a few cm of the screw to fit so I can barely even screw it in.. it’s sucks and customer service hasn’t been much help and takes a day to respond at a time,my cat can barely use it because I’m afraid it’ll fall apart since I couldn’t put it together properly :(
