I've been using it for over 6 months now, installed quickly and is pretty much seamless unlike other bidet options. The seat is more comfortable than the one that was installed before, cold water only is perfectly fine (it uses so little that it's mostly room temperature water) and my GF who initially thought it was a waste of money now loves it... So I was overall happy with it, but didn't realize what a life changer until I had to take a dump at work! :o Had to waste so much tp, it felt so messy and I still feel dirty...

The plastic look a bit limit for weight but for the price it's a really great produt,
