Especially with your inkjet printers your yield to price ration is absolutely outrageous. However, currently it’s possible to get a reasonable priced Laser Printer and or the newest technology Eco-Jets (several sold by Epson and the original version created by Canon, the Mega-Tank which both use a fillable eco-friendly solution which are finally reasonableness priced print at home Ink. They are refillable style printers in terms of quality and if you spend a little more in your printer and would like it to last several years, provide the quality, speed and capabilities a printer should then spend the $399.99 Canadian on the small business coloured EcoJet by Epson and you get s printer that comes with a 2 year warranty from Epson, one of the only printers to come with significant ink in the box. (Just like anything you get what you pay for). If you want a printer that can do everything including a feeder for copying multiply pages at the same time the EcoJets are the way to go. They Come With enough ink in the box for 2 years, based of printing approximately 300 prints per week. The upper end models contain 14,500 black pages. And 11,200 coloured per refilled which are in a squeeze form similar to an actual liquid (think squeezing oil into the ink containers). You can visually see where you are at and it’s just as cheap to print in higher black and white/ colour in large quantity vs taking it to a photocopy centre. That’s at the ink prices from the major brands. Now once we can purchase the liquid eco jet bottled ink from here I’ll invest. Fortunately there is an other option. Today laser jets printers have dropped significantly in price and I just purchased brother (just black and white for $119.99 Canadian. The ink I purchased just not gets me 3,000 pages per toner for I think half of less than half the price as ink in stores. It will costs you $99 CAN for this toner at any of the major retail stores. My wife has to print off invoices and it was costing us an arm and leg for ink on this Epson photo printer we have, A true junker but nice for photos. Thus, just for the invoices I have purchased this extremely low cost but efficient brother where I can get 3,000 pages for $50.

I am very pleased with the performance and life of the Moustache Drum unit. It was inserted with no problems, and gave me many months of worry free printing. Moustache is my go-to brand for reliability and trouble free printing. I highly recommend the brand.

Have a brother 2710 and it prints very well. Drum and cartridge are easy to install
