This filter did not fit our 12 cup Cuisinart grind and brew coffe maker. The Folds around the edge prevent the lid from closing. This would be specific to our model of coffe maker, I am sure it fits the common oval filter type machine one typically would find in a hotel room for eg. The build quality seams very good, however. But as it was not defective I could not return it. So be sure it fits before you buy.
