Took only 2 days to receive the part and only about 2 minutes to put it together. I had to replace the charge ports as they were causing damage to the plug ends. The lock feature is great for me as I use this to charge my electric mobility scooter and any little movement or it getting bumped will stop the charging. Not with this new plug end. I should've bought 3 or 4 of them as my projector, computer and my 3D printer all have C13 plugs. I can't afford to have a plug come loose in the middle of 3D printing with a print volume of a cubic foot. This is a must have item if you love your equipment and don't want it destroyed.
