I bought these last November. I've just opened them today, Feb 04. They were both EMPTY. Is this normal ? Does the product disappear in the air ? I am so frustrated right now.

I messaged customer support to check the expired date before shipping and they said they will confirm and still got 3 boxes that expires in May 2022. same as the first order.
