I’ve now owned these for many months and have discovered that the seam on on side of the handles, easily separates with any weight in the bag. Once this happens, the bag quickly pivots down, and depending on the weight, causes the other handle to break and the bag and your possessions crash to the ground. Appears to be some defect with the way the handles were fused at the seam. Since I still find these bags very useful, I usually start by separating the two parts of the poorly fused handle side, and just tie the two ends into a knot. It becomes a it shorter than the other handle, but at least no more accidents. Hoping that the handle seam fusing issue has been identified and corrected at the factory, I would order these bags again. Thank you Seller, just correct the seam fusing issue ASAP. TZ.
