Love this belt, First it came early and was well secured in the package. The belt not only helps, my tummy but my back also. When i stand my posture also improves. And the belt can be worn around the home as you work. This is a two for one deal, it helps the tummy and the back and is great for posture. The clasp holds firmly too.

This belt is so good I suffer from terrible back pain, I use this all the time, it help so much I now have two. just love them, they ease pain.
