I in fact ordered 8 X 10 frames, the size of the frame, even outsize, is smaller than a real 8 X 10 paper so maybe you have to cut the photo to fit in it.

You have to cut the corners of your 8x10 photo in order for it to fit in the frame because the space in the corners are taken up by the backing clips.
