J'ai commandé deux encre Canon 245 noir , c'est un produit très reconnu. 5 jours après j'ai reçu à la maison par un courrier. Habituellement je dois prendre l'auto et faire 20 minutes pour aller acheter ce produit. J'aime le produit que je viens d'acheter autant que le service que j'ai reçu et avec la rapidité de la livraison. Je recommande ce produit ainsi que le moyen que j'ai pris pour l'obtenir avec rapidité.

Good quality, reasonable prices. Customer service agent was a bit brisk. Dealing with confused older people I can understand the frustration. I owe shopper plus a cartridge and apology. I thought 2 cartridges were in the price - I thought only one cartridge was delivered and that the the promised gift had been overlooked . The company sent me another cartridge. That was very nice considering the first deliveries received was from Amazon / I had forgotten I ordered a single on from them. Once again I apologize. I am recovering from a third cancer in 5 years . The recent one in my brain. I believe the Doctors forgot to put part of it back in. 😵‍💫. I have received my refund in full .
