after 14 months it does not work anymore and i still have at least one of the toner with 30% remaining.

Of the five cartridges I've had so far, two have been defective. First, the yellow cartridge spewed toner all over the inside of my new printer. Cartridge was replaced and seems fine, but I still cannot get all the toner out of my printer. About 3/4 of the way through it's usage, the magenta cartridge has been leaving large streaks on all the pages. I cleaned it several times (at least 20), and wiped it. It was good for a couple of weeks and now it's doing the same thing, but also not printing any color (no red tones in any prints). When I wiped it, the toner was a brownish color.
