Very comfortable, lumbar support can be a bit too big at times so find I remove it every so often, but that's just personal preference. Well supported and doesn't rock side to side. The turning armrests can get a little frustrating if you need to lean to the side or pull the chair towards you with them as they move unexpectedly.

Assembly took an hour, with easy to follow instructions. Solid construction. I would prefer it if the seat went higher, but a seat pad gave me the extra inch I needed. The seat width seems a little tight with the padded inner part pressing into by thigh, but maybe I just need to lose a few pounds! :-)

It's not bad. The cushioning is a bit thin and the upholstery could be better quality. My son says it's comfortable.
