don't buy if you are doing retrofit because the holes to the door won't line up with the existing. was disappointed with this as I always like Living.ca product. It might be okay if you plan to build your own cabinet door. They have another version with holes aligned. just a little bit expensive but it worth.

Do not buy if replacing old hinges. These hinges do not use the standard screw from your other hinge so I needed to install anchors in every hole for any chance of mounting. Secondly the mounting hole for the door side is off center and so will also not fit existing center hole hinges. Now I have 50 hinges that need alot of adjustment on cabinets for any chance of installing these. The hinge size itself is correct as stated measurements. This is going to be a pain.
