The magnifier works ok, it does what it designed to do and came with small cleaning cloth, but the quality feels a little cheap, and if you having light in front of it, it has light glare (can see the glare from the attached pictures). The one I received has small white dots and I am unable to clean them off, it looks like dents.

The screen magnifier does a reasonable job of enlarging the cell phone screen with slight drop in quality of picture, as expected. However, the collapsing segments do not lock together firmly - a slight shifting of the unit may cause some segment(s) to unlock and partially collapse. Light sources, from lamps or sunlight, may cause some reflection, disrupting the cell phone pictures. Because you cannot touch the cell phone screen to make changes once inserted inside the unit, it is more suitable to use the magnifier for watching movies or long videos.

cheap plastic design

I AM WITH PRIME CABLE AND SHOPPERS+ FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS. I PLACED LOT OF ORDERS WITH THEM. THIS TIME, I ORDERED THIS ITEMS. TO MY SURPRISE, I GOT THAT PRODUCT ALL BROKEN. I COMPLAIN TO OVERSEAS CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF. SHE WAS SO RUDE TO ME. I FINALLY TOLD HER THAT I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. AFTER TEN MINTUES THEY CALLED ME AGAIN AND INFORM ME THAT THEY ARE GOING TO SEND ONE MORE TO REPLACE THE BROKEN ONE. NOW-A-DAYS, EVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE NOT ALL FRIENDLY ESPECIALLY OVERSEAS STAFFS. I DECIDED TO STOP BUYING FROM PRIME CABLE AND SHOPPER+ IF THEY CONTINUE THIS PRACTISE. PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. SO USELESS. NOT AT ALL GOOD.
