Really cute product ... but I've ordered it twice, and a hook was broken each time. Probably, the item just needs to be packed better ... but it also raises the question of how long the hooks would have lasted even if they hadn't broken en route. It's too bad about the hooks because everything else about the frame is nice.

Came broken out of the box. Only realized 2 months after i bought it when i opened the box(my fault for not Checking after delivery). Did not bother to check if i can return.
