I installed the cartridge and had virtually no printing whatsoever. Was confused and it was a Sunday(of course) so put in a msge to support. Checking google it told me to check the print heads for clogging...but I've only been waiting a couple days for ink? Cleaned the print heads FIVE times before it started to print but prints well now and this ink works great. Lesson learned....if you empty the cartridge and have to wait for ink, ALWAYS clean the printheads after installing a new cartridge. Shipping was fast and I'm very happy with my purchase and the reasonable price. Thanks 123Ink!

These cartridges work great for my everyday printing. Use them all the time, great price ! Would recommend them to others.

Great product at a great price

The black ink cartridge when I installed it did a print head cleaning many times , very little showing on Print head nozzle check. Cartridge defective already empty.
