this doesn't work, or I do something wrong (but how hard can it be)

Got 2 of these and neither works as advertised

This item is garbage took 20 minutes to figure out how to load the tape. Once it is loaded and ready for use after you cut the tape you have to stick your fingers in close to the cutting blade and pull out some tape to use again. Total waste of money and time.

Won't feed properly.
