    Please be advised that this product is defective and jammed up my printer. The cartridge vents are reversed and will not work. It is obviously a manufacturing problem. Please provide a complete refund.

            Ma derniere commande les 2 cartouches magenta clair a été refuser par mon imprimante ( non compatible) c`est la premiere fois que ca arrive...!
