          This product seemed like a good value; however, after we put it in our copy machine, all the copies came out with a grey stippled background. We thought it was our machine, but after calling a technician, who tried replacing several parts, it turns out it was this toner. Not sure if it was leaking or what, but once we put in a brand name toner, there was no longer any problem.
