The reason I am giving a very low score is because when I received the product; it was empty and defective. There should be some quality control in place to ensure that cartridges being sent to customers are not damage and are actually in good condition. I have a small business and caused me a lot of stress because I was waiting to get the product to enable me to prepare some labels. This should not be happening; it is a waste of time!
