I needed it and was not able to use it because the manual is not clear.......The translated manual, English from the original Chinese, Is horrible..This must be RE_TRANSLATED and put into a language that is and will be understood by anybody, Thank you

total waste of money for this product because after using 4 / 5 Time , stop working ? 👎👎👎

Charged the battery to full, left it overnight in the car, battery was dead once I needed the damn thing. Really unreliable and if you plan on using this for your safety, don't.

the product work but when it cold it take couple of min trying to start a 1.5l yaris engine the product page was mentioning to have a 12-16-19v voltage output plug like the older blue version i wish i bouth the amazon version to have at least access to 12v output for allot of power plug use this and it was 18000mh for 11$ more one of my first bad review on shopper+ and im disapointed with the costumer support i sent them multiple email and phone call and still worng product description (er pour 12V/16V/19V appareils supplémentaires tels que l’ordinateur portable, l'interphone, l'enregistreur, etc, prenant en charge la sortie de courant 3A.)
