*** Je mets 5 étoiles pour le service à la clientèle seulement ! *** Les cadres sont arrivés cassés, grafignés, bref inutilisables pour l'évènement auquel ils devaient servir. Le service à la clientèle m'a répondu rapidement et ont pris les devants pour rectifier la situation à ma grande satisfaction. C'est la première fois que des articles de mes commandes Shopper arrivent endommagés, ce sont des choses qui peuvent arriver, l'important c'est leur service !

Sadly they came broken or cracked. We ordered 6. Thankfully you guys are sending a replacement. Really appreciate the great customer service. Things happen, but it great when you have wonderful customer service to rectify the problem. I give customer service 5 stars.

It is NOT a photo frame! It surely has its uses, but it is too opaque to be used as a "photo" frame. I gave 2 stars just because of the false and misleading information in the product description: - "Clear acrylic frame": The material cannot be described as "clear" with any stretch of imagination. - "8.5 inches wide ...": Not exactly; I put in a standard letter-sized sheet of paper. About a millimetre of it couldn't fit in and left exposed out of the frame.

thick plastic cover hard to remove and hard to insert form. But looks good after all the effort.
