wrong size can I return it?

When I used this ink, the prints started having streak lines on the colored pages and ruined the papers. I never had this problem before when I used the original cartridge. The print also didn't come out in the right colors and appeared lighter than I wanted it to be. Overall, I was not impressed with it.

Je n'ai jamais reçu la cartouche d'encre que j'ai commandé no de la 40610826 et payé avec ma carte de crédit. C"est la première fois que je commande de Shopper+ à la suggestion de mon mari d'y ouvrir mon propre comte. Pourtant, depuis des années, mon mari a acheté pour plusieurs milliers de $ voir son compte (jr.houle@gmx.com).

Do not order, ink will smudge and not flow properly causing streaks/banding.

I ordered from this company before with success but this last order was upsetting. Black ink was weak and the colour cartrodge worked great. Can't risk for the future so will unfortunately have to buy the expensive brands.
