This is a semi-solid plastic cabinet that would easily allow someone to pull off the top to get into the contents even though it has a lock. Not a good option if you are looking for secure storage. However, otherwise good.

The filing cabinet is a nice color, however it seems to be a bit flimsy when there is lots of files at the front of it. When you pull the drawer out you need to steady the top of the cabinet with your other hand. I have installed the wheels on mine, it probably would be more stable if it were just sitting on the floor. It will be just fine for my needs, and it was easy to assemble.
