I have been a customer for a long time and will continue to order from your site, but, these were the first cartridges that just would not work, the printer would not recognize them but the return worked well and I am currently awaiting my refund. I have ordered and received oem Epson parts and work great.

I never have any issues with these cartridges. They are just as good as the name brand version and I love that I save money buying them!

Nicely surprised to see that my Epson printer accepted this remanufactured cartridge, as I was told by the friendly customer service. Fair price for an XL cartridge compare to an original. Thank you!
