I am upset very poor quality with these this time. I am hoping at these prices you can send me new ones

two of them didn't recognize but was able to get a quick refund, This wasn't the Mustache Brand and some of these are a crapshoot.

Very disappointed…. Purchased ink as it said I would not have an issue with it being compatible with my printer. Cannot get it to work and I followed all the recommended instructions. I contacted them for help, got a couple replies and replied back but nothing further now. Disappointed that I need to go spend more money now. Purchase price was very reasonable however.

The color ones worked perfectly. The black one was not recognized with many trials. The 123ink kindly sent me a new one. It was recognized. I should've tested printing right after I got it though. I just printed something and it came with faint print. (I bought the printer 3 months ago.) Either the remanufactured cartridge damaged the printer or the cartridge has a defect. I'm disappointed with the remanufactured one. I wouldn't buy this again.. :(
