            Depuis le nombre d'année que j'achète mes cartouches d'encre via votre entreprise, j'ai toujours été plus que satisfait. Cette fois-ci je suis un peu déçu de la qualité. Après quelques pages d'impression, des taches noires sont apparus. Voir pièce jointe
