So I can't be too critical because I'm a noob, and the pricing on this rack is really good. Major problem is either (1) I don't understand how the 1U standard works or (2) the Ubiquiti USW-24-POE switch does not follow the U standard sizing? I say this because the switch did not mount to this rack nicely, I needed to bend away the right arm enough so the mount bracket would line up with the holes. It's in there now and won't go anywhere, but that just doesn't seem right at all! Also, customer support was terrible, no one knew anything about the product. Next, I purchased this with the universal rack track (Cab-WMC10-5) on PrimeCables, and I know the reviews all talked about the fit not working (big surprise given my experience above lol!), but there were reviews saying it worked with the PrimeCables rack system, so I figured I would give it a try and of course it did not fit, so again, I had to get creative to make the shelf work. All in all, I have my setup complete, but honestly, it was more a PIA than it needed to be!

I really like the design of this adjustable server rack but there's some things about it that makes me remove some stars. First, there's a logo of PrimeCables on one panel. So, if you want to make use of the hinge to open on the left side of the rack, the logo will be upside down. It's nothing dramatic but still looks weird that way. When opened on the right side, everything is fine. Another thing that really bothers me is that it doesn't come with the right amount of screws and cage nuts... I actually have two screws left without nuts... This is seriously lame... In all, to fit all 4U with two screws each, I'm missing 4 screws and 6 cage nuts. If not for those points, it would have been a 5 stars review.
