1 out of the 3 I purchased either had little ink in it or it didn't fit well in the printer. There was no red colour. I did all the troubleshooting procedures that the printers manufacturer recommends, to no avail. I decided not to buy eco paks again.. I was glad to see that you changed producers on my next order. So far they are fine.
