I ordered two of these cartridges. The first one I tried didn't print the yellow colour properly. I submitted a request to have it replaced. A technician called me back and asked for a copy of the nozzle print. Then I was asked to try the other cartridge, in case it had the same problem. The 2nd one was fine. There was no point in returning the faulty cartridge, so he arranged to ship me a replacement, which I had in a a day or so. It works just fine. Great service, and their products are excellent.

XLT BUY! Don’t fall for the myth of remanufactured ink cartridges void the warranty of the printer. Furthermore, they will not damage your printer’s print head, will not cause ink to leak or lead to substandard print quality, either. BONUS: Compared with the new cartridges, remanufactured cartridges are eco-friendly, thus preserving natural resources and keeping plastics and metals from the landfills!

The black ink works and the colored ink has been changed twice, but some defects remain. However, Shoppersplus has a good return policy and promptly responds to customer feedback, which makes me feel very safe. This is my first time using this shopping site, and I think I will use it often in the future.
