Nothing wrong with the product but delivery is not like it used to be. Used to be we ordered one day and received delivery within two days by post or Purolator. Now UPS tells us one delivery date and then reschedules it twice so now it is taking 4 or 5 days. This happens with both my order and my wife’s separate order. Not impressed.

Products are very good. However, this is the first time I had a failure with the yellow cartridge. Had to throw it out.

Dear Ernie, Thank you for writing to us. If you ever experience something similar, please keep the cartridge because they may be under warranty. We can replace or refund the defective cartridge if it is within the warranty period. Thank you.

This cartridge has a lever on it that prevents the ink cover from closing. Also, if one does not insert it properly, the printer will not recognize it. It is necessary to make sure the lever is fully engaged (slide in as close as possible to the cartridge before inserting into the ink cavity.) Then, after it is in the ink cavity, believe it or not, you have to snap off the lever handle so the door will close. Then it works perfectly.

I ordered one time and I regret, this yellow LC75 cartridge clog my printer and it made a mess, called the CS and no response, no solution, NOTHING !!!

do not trust them, there is no 1 YEAR GUARANTEE!!!
