The product is fine. Your shipping needs improvement. My shipping address was to a rural mailbox. So you shipped it by Canpar . They had no clue what to do with it. Not even calling me at the contact number. So they returned it to you as undeliverable. Maybe you should let your customers know that you don't ship to rural mailboxes. A little bit pissed, could have been a better experience.

I use this product for both my father and myself with no issues. The ink lasts quite long and is compatible with our Brother printers. I would definitely recommend this product. It also comes with a great price!

Belles couleurs. Il y a longtemps que j'utilise ces cartouches et pour une première fois, cette cartouche a coulé dans mon imprimante. C'est d'ailleurs pour cette raison que j'ai acheté celle-ci à nouveau.
