    I purchased 8 black keystones. Was shipped 8 white keystones which had their labels edited to read "black". Contacted support, was sent replacements. The replacements were the same - white keystones which had their labels edited to read "black". Contacted support again, did not receive a response for a week. Am now asking for a refund. Please note the photos I have uploaded - a "black" label was literally just stuck on top of the "white" label that came on the package. You can see the original sticker through the label that was pasted on top.
