great product

unique design... works ok, but doesn't completely crush the garlic to the very end.

Not as flimsy as the cheaper metal press, but I find that there's still uncrushed garlic at the bottom of the metal sieve which you then have to scrape out and chop manually. In spending the amount for a better press you would think the extra manual handling kind of defeats the purpose of the press.
