It took four days to pack & ship the product, that is the bad part. Except that all is well. Please try to reduce time frame to pack & ship the order. Basically, after I email about the product your company packed & shipped. If you can reduce that time frame we will try to order more item from you.

Shopper+ has is but it's hard to find!

Everything about the transactioni and shipping was excellent although since putting in the new unit I now get two distinct, loud grunting noices after each print. It prints clean but it's possible that the part could be very old and stiff or maybe something is just too tight. Coworkers are making fun of my little grunting pig!
