mon imprimante ne fonctionne pas bien avec ces cartouches, même si ma cartouche est neuve ça me dit que les niveaux d'encres sont vides

2nd time purchasing. This time it throws an error code saying that it is incompatible. I was told to get a replacement (not a refind) that I have to send it back in, wait for them to judge it, then if they deem it not working then they could resend a new one. It's just not worth the down time or extra expense or aggravation to purchase this product! Also, I was told that they would send an email immediately about how to send it back at their expense. I never received that email. Terrible experience with customer service. She'd ask a question then interupt or talk thru my reply. If I could give zero stars I wouldve.

malheureusement elle est incompatible avec mon imprimante HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw et je dois la retourner.
