Is this Ink "Pigmented Fluids" or it same as Dye ink as describe? My HP printer OfficePro 6830 used only Pigmented ink and now I having problems.

I received the wrong ink but I can't return it for a refund. Don't know why, it was their error.

The ink is probably very ok, but as I bought it with refillable cartridges that bugged the printer, it is useless. I tried the return process and did not get a follow up. Very disappointed of the customer service.
