Sadly when the package arrived containing the chair. It looked as though someone had put the chair together and, in the process, damaged the mounting brackets. It looked like someone tried to put this chair together with a hammer! I had no choice but to return it. I thought about purchasing another one, but I chose not to.

The padding is super thin and already flattening in certain places (I'm not even a heavy person!), stitching on the arm rests is of very poor quality, it took several days for the plasticky/rubbery/chemicaly smell to wear off. Would not have bought if I had known the finish would be this bad.

Good chair but having trouble to tilt it straight up for everyday use. So far, chair is leaning toward front rendering it impossible to sit. Tryed everything, Sigh
