There were no surprises while assembling the cart. Most everything fit together pretty well. The only issues that I encountered was from the base of the cart. Issues: 1) The base was not even. Two of the corners were higher than the other two corners. The uneven corners are unsightly but they can be corrected as the wheels have some adjustment with the mounting screw. 2) Two of the wheel screw holes were not welding in straight. These wheels ended out being angled outwards at the bottom. My cart had one straight wheel, one slightly angled wheel, and two very angled wheels. 3) The wheels are made out of hard plastic. The wheels did not turn well on laminate flooring. The angled wheels were even worse as only one edge of the wheels came into contact with the floor. Other carts may not have the same welding issues; however, the one I received is not worth the asking price.
